Social Media & Talent Coordinator

The Work
You will be creating a strong, innovative and viral online presence on social media for Finesse, primarily focusing on Tik Tok and Instagram. You will be building and maintaining relationships with some of the dopest influencers and content creators, tracking their performance, overseeing and executing on our PR as well as working on overall social strategy to create content people love. You would additionally work alongside our design/creative team to help with our video & photo shoots to create amazing content.

About You
You are very detail-oriented, have an amazing Gen-Z focused tone of communication and can be all of our content creators’ and communities’ best friend. You are an absolute self starter that gives things a go and implements new structures by themselves but also knows how to ask for help and loves a good challenge to get yourself unstuck with creative solutions. You’re not stuck in old and traditional ways of handling social media and marketing- rather, you love to test out new creative strategies, monitor their results and relay the performance of strategies through a data-oriented analytical lens. You love working with a creative, crazy team and can effectively work alongside an agile workforce.

Key Responsibilities
* Grow active social media accounts (Instagram, Tik Tok); build presence in adjacent social platforms (Youtube, Twitter, etc.)
* Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
* Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers, content creators, and thought leaders
* Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
* Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer and social media campaigns
* Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies in social media
* Maintaining a database of influencers and handling all influencer PR work

Preferred Experience & Knowledge
* Knowledgeable in social media KPIs, ideally with a track record of building social media accounts & presences
* Ability to multitask / great time management
* Exceptional at communication and relationship building in various different tones
* Deep understanding of social media trends, particularly when it comes to Gen Z
* Ideally experience with influencer / creator management and relationship building
