Anderson Apotheosis: JW Remodels His Own BrandJW Anderson
JW Anderson, founded by Irish designer Jonathan Anderson, is a luxury fashion brand based in London. The label was launched in 2008 and became known for its innovative design approach exploring gender deconstruction.

Northern Irish designer Jonathan Anderson established JW Anderson in 2008.
JW Anderson’s curatorial approach, which balances different tensions and dialogues between fashion, art and collaborative projects, now shapes the next phase of the brand’s evolution.
JW Anderson seeks to evolve into a lifestyle brand, a space where fashion, art and craftsmanship meet. The core collection of clothing, “The Wardrobe”, strives to provide an elevated version of classic JW Anderson garments.
JW Anderson’s signature ability to interweave objects of the everyday, art and fashion will culminate in the form of the highest quality lifestyle pieces.
Products will be crafted in collaboration with artists and artisans, with a commitment to sourcing skilled craftsmen, the finest materials and enduring quality.
This vision for JW Anderson emphasizes traceable origins and elevated materials; each piece is designed to stand the test of time and reflects who Jonathan is today.
Alongside the artistic update, commercially there will be a focus on Retail (new stores coming soon), Online (new website) and a scaling back of Wholesale, only working with specifically selected partners to amplify this new vision
