LONDON, United Kingdom — Our Monday Mantra contains curated career advice from leading executives, entrepreneurs and creatives in conversation with BoF. Today's mantra comes from Doak Sergent, head of brand development at Details (read the full interview here):

If you don't have real, tangible experience to bring to the table, distinguish yourself by any of the multitude of platforms available. If you're into photography, don't just tell me, show me on Instagram or Tumblr.

This week, we are pleased to introduce a new partner to BoF Careers.

Founded in 2006, British designer Roland Mouret has won critical acclaim for his eponymous brand, which showcases expert craftsmanship, fluid fabrics and signature pieces such as the Galaxy dress. The company is seeking a talented womenswear designer, a production coordinator and a distribution and logistics assistant to join their team in London.

At The Business of Fashion, we are also growing our London-based team. Founded in 2007 by Imran Amed, the website has gained a global following as an essential daily resource for fashion creatives, executives and entrepreneurs in over 200 countries. BoF is hiring across IT, marketing, sales, finance and graphic design.
