LONDON, United Kingdom — Our Monday Motivation contains curated career advice from leading executives, entrepreneurs and creatives in conversation with BoF. Today's mantra comes from fashion designer Paul Smith (read the full interview here):

You have to have a head that can change hats every hour. To be honest, I just go with the flow.

This week, we are pleased to introduce two new partners to BoF Careers.

Previously one of Copenhagen's foremost boutiques, Norse Projects was launched as a brand in 2009. Offering easy-wearing workwear and tailored basics, the brand is currently hiring a womenswear brand manager and head of menswear design.

Dana Alikhani and Tatiana Santo Domingo were living in New York when they came up with the concept for Muzungu Sisters. Launched in 2011, the online store showcases fashion and unique pieces created by artisans around the world. The site is looking for an office coordinator, based in London.
