LONDON, United Kingdom — Our Monday Mantra contains curated career advice from leading executives, entrepreneurs and creatives in conversation with BoF. Today's mantra comes from G-Star's global brand director Shubhankar Ray (read the full interview here):

Try to make sure you work with and collaborate with the right people and make sure the right people collaborate with you. Try to spend more time on ideation and making things happen and less time on bullshit!

This week, we are pleased to introduce two new partners to BoF Careers.

Since its foundation in 1875, Liberty has offered a curated selection of international luxury goods, from ornaments, fabric and objets d'art sourced from Japan and the East, to womenswear, menswear, home furnishings and cosmetics. The London-based department store is looking to fill a number of positions in their corporate offices.

Global creative agency My Beautiful City works on brand experiences and event production for a range of clients including Adidas, Agent Provocateur, Diesel, Dior, Marios Schwab, Net-a-Porter, Paul Smith, Ralph Lauren, Swarovski and Vivienne Westwood. The company is now hiring a marketing assistant in London.
