LONDON, United Kingdom — Our Monday Mantra contains curated career advice from leading executives, entrepreneurs and creatives in conversation with BoF. Today's mantra comes from Paul Swan, general manager of research for Australian Wool Innovation Limited (read the full interview here):

Acknowledge that, realistically, you are only likely to be a custodian of your current role for a relatively short time — so work hard to leave it in better shape than you found it for whoever comes along after you, and deal with the fact that you are always replaceable.

This week, we are pleased to introduce two new partners to BoF Careers.

Founded in 2009, Frescobol Carioca is a lifestyle brand inspired by Brazilian beach culture. The company is looking for a product manager to oversee their ready-to-wear and accessories collection, based in London.

The winners of the 2015 LVMH Prize and the 2014 winner of the British Fashion Award for Emerging Womenswear Designers, London-based label Marques Almeida are hiring a production co-ordinator to join their expanding team.
