Rebekka Bay Joins Uniqlo
Uniqlo has hired Rebekka Bay as creative director of its research and design centre in New York, effective May 1. Bay was previously head of product and design at Everlane, a role she exited in February. Before that, she held creative director roles at Gap, Bruuns Bazaar and Cos.

Michael Kors Appoints CFO
Michael Kors Holdings has named Thomas Edwards as executive vice president, chief financial officer and chief operating officer, effective immediately. Edwards joins the company from restaurant company, Brinker International, where he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Vogue Arabia Appoints Editor-in-Chief
Manuel Arnaut has been named editor-in-chief of Vogue Arabia, effective May 7. Arnaut, was previously editor-in-chief of Architectural Digest Middle East. Prior to that, he was editor of GQ Portugal and a writer at Vogue Portugal. Arnaut succeeds Deena Aljuhani Abdulaziz, who was dismissed after just two issues.

Browns Names COO
Browns has appointed Paul Brennan as chief operating officer, a new role within the company. Most recently, he worked at Yoox Net-a-Porter Group, where he held the position of deputy post-merger integration and operational excellence director. Before that, Brennan held roles at Ralph Lauren, John Lewis and House of Fraser.

Hearst UK Hires Associate Publisher
Hearst Magazines UK has appointed Miles Dunbar to the newly created role of associate publisher at Esquire. Dunbar, who joins Hearst from Guardian News and Media where he was head of fashion client sales, has over 15 years of media experience and has held positions at Arena, Pop and Time Inc.
