LONDON, United Kingdom — BoF compiles the most important professional moves of the week.

Tory Burch Names CTO
Tory Burch has appointed John Douglas chief technology officer, effective immediately. Douglas joins from MCM Fashion Group, where he was chief information officer. Before that, he spent nine years as Burberry's chief technology officer.

Damien Bertrand Joins Christian Dior Couture
Christian Dior Couture has named Damien Bertrand managing director of its women's departments, a newly created position. Bertrand joins Christian Dior Couture from L'Oréal, where he spent eighteen years, in roles including chief executive officer of L'Oréal UK, president of Maybelline New York and chief executive officer of L'Oréal Brazil.

Tiffany & Co. Hires CFO
Tiffany & Co. has appointed Mark Erceg chief financial officer. Erceg succeeds Ralph Nicoletti and joins the jewellery brand from Canadian Pacific Railway, where he was chief financial officer. Before that, he spent 18 years at Procter & Gamble.

Jane Shepherdson Exits Whistles
After eight years, Jane Shepherdson has left her post as chief executive officer at Whistles. Her successor has not been named, and he responsibilities will be handed over to the existing team, led by brand director Helen Williamson, managing director Justin Hampshire and creative director Nick Passmore.

LK Bennett Appoints CEO
Darren Topp, former chief operating officer of BHS, has joined LK Bennett as chief executive officer, effective immediately. Topp replaces interim chief executive officer Robert Bensoussan, who remains at the British luxury label as a non-executive director.

Laura Wade-Gery Leaves Marks & Spencer
Laura Wade-Gery, executive director of multichannel at Marks & Spencer, will not return after her maternity leave. Wade-Gery will step down from the board immediately and leave the company at the end of this month. She is succeeded by Patrick Bousquet-Chavanne, who also runs the retailer's customer and marketing functions.
