LONDON, United Kingdom – BoF compiles the most important professional moves of the week.

Ralph Rucci Exits Own Label
Fashion designer Ralph Rucci has left his eponymous company. Rucci launched his label Chado Ralph Rucci in 1994, but dropped the 'Chado' last year. The reasons behind Rucci's abrupt departure are currently unknown, although the company has said that the designer will "pursue other creative endeavours." Rucci's replacement will be named by the end of the year. The pre-fall and fall 2015 collections will be designed by the in-house team, while it is expected that resort 2016 will be the first collection designed by the new creative director.

Aerin Appoints CEO
Beauty and lifestyle brand Aerin has appointed Alessandro Fabrini as president and chief executive officer, effective as of Monday. Fabrini was previously senior vice president of beauty, watches and eyewear at Burberry, where he also served as a member of the executive management committee. Prior to Burberry, he held senior executive roles at Gucci, Bally and Bulgari.

Selfridges Taps Chris May
British department store Selfridges has hired Chris May as its group business development director, a newly created role. May, formerly business development director at Chanel, will start on December 1. The appointment comes as the department store group, which consists of Selfridges in the UK, Brown Thomas in Ireland, de Bijenkorf in the Netherlands and Holt Renfrew in Canada, begins a £300m redevelopment of its London Oxford Street store. May will report to group managing director Paul Kelly.

Geoffroy van Raemdonck To Ralph Lauren
American fashion label Ralph Lauren has named Geoffroy van Raemdonck as group president for its Europe division. Succeeding John Hooks, van Raemdonck will be based in Geneva where the company's European headquarters is located. He will report to Jacki Nemerov, president and COO of Ralph Lauren. Van Raemdonck was most recently chief executive officer of upscale women's knitwear brand St. John Knits Inc, before which, he held senior positions at Louis Vuitton, Limited Brands and The Boston Consulting Group.

Glamour Hires Online Editor-At-Large
Danica Lo has been tapped as the online editor-at-large for Glamour, a new role at the magazine, and a homecoming for Lo, who previously served as Glamour.com's senior fashion and beauty editor. Lo returns to Glamour from Epicurious, where she was executive editor. Lo's previous roles include executive editor at celebrity fashion website StyleBistro, and she was the founding editor of Racked.com. Her appointment is effective immediately.
