MAC Cosmetics has named Ukonwa Ojo senior vice president, global marketing, effective December 9, 2019. Ojo joins the company from Coty, where she was chief marketing officer of consumer beauty. She will
report to Philippe Pinatel, senior vice president/general manager, in this newly created role.

Tiffany’s chief merchandising officer, Pamela Cloud, is stepping down after 25 years at the company, effective November 26. She will stay on to assist in a transitional period until July 31, 2020.
Arcadia appoints chairman
Topshop owner Arcadia Group has named Andrew Coppel chairman of the board, replacing former interim chair Jamie Drummond Smith as of November 21. Formerly head of De Vere hotel and leisure group, Coppel will also serve as the chair of Arcadia holding company Taveta Investments and Top Shop Top Man.
JustFab taps CMO from Facebook
TechStyle Fashion Group has named Daria Burke the first chief marketing officer of JustFab. Burke joins the company effective November 19 from Facebook, where she held a leading role in fashion and retail advertising partnerships. She reports to Laura Joukovski, president of global fashion brands at TechStyle.
Harvey Nichols co-COO departs
Daniela Rinaldi has resigned as chief operating officer, a role she shared with Manju Malhotra, who will retain the position on his own. Rinaldi joined the company 35 years ago, working her way up until she was appointed to the board in 2009 and became co-chief operating officer at the start of 2018.
Shinola names CEO
Watch company Shinola has appointed its first female chief executive. Shannon Washburn, who joined the company in 2012 and most recently served as president, replaces Tom Lewand, who resigned last week to assume an unspecified new role elsewhere. Washburn reports to Shinola Founder
Tom Kartsotis.
Ulta prestige lead departs
Tara Simon, senior vice president of prestige merchandising, is leaving Ulta Beauty after more than seven years at the company.
