LONDON, United Kingdom — BoF compiles the most important professional moves of the week.

Lululemon adds to executive team.

Lululemon has promoted Celeste Burgoyne to president of the Americas and global guest innovation teams. Additionally, the company has hired André Maestrini from Adidas. He will join the company as executive vice president, international, overseeing the company’s global growth. Stacia Jones is also joining Lululemon at vice president level, with the title global head of inclusion, diversity, equity and action.

VF appoints VP, global inclusion and diversity.

Lauren Guthrie is taking over as vice president, global inclusion and diversity at VF Corp. She replaces Reggie Miller overseeing diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company. Guthrie previously served as vice president of VF’s council to advance racial equity and inclusion and diversity in the Americas region, where she focused on external-facing racial equity efforts.

Tory Burch announces new APAC president.

Thibault Villet has been named president for Tory Burch's Asia-Pacific business, effective December 28. In his new role, Villet will be responsible for operations and growth in the region. Villet, who was most recently president for Asia at One in Beauty, will report directly to CEO Pierre-Yves Roussel.

Textile Exchange adds to senior leadership team.

Textile Exchange co-founder La Rhea Pepper has been named chief executive of the non-profit, while Claire Bergkamp has joined Textile Exchange as chief operating officer. Bergkamp, who was formerly worldwide sustainability and innovation director of Stella McCartney, will work alongside Pepper to lead the organisation in its next stage of growth and help it deliver on its 2030 Climate+ goals.

Lanificio Fratelli Cerruti announces new CEO.

Filippo Vadda will take the helm of Lanificio Fratelli Cerruti, effective immediately. Vadda previously served as head of the soft accessories business unit at LVMH-owned Loro Piana. Vadda succeeds Paolo Torello-Viera, who exited the company in March after almost two years.

Superdry appoints interim CFO.

Benedict Smith has been named chief financial officer of Superdry on a temporary basis. The UK retailer is still looking to replace Nick Gresham, who left the company three weeks ago after 14 months in the position; Superdry gave no reason for his exit. Smith previously held CFO roles at Harrods and Hunter Boots.
