Natalie Massenet Leaves Net-a-Porter
Natalie Massenet, the founder and chairman of Net-a-Porter, has left the luxury online retailer ahead of its merger with Italian e-commerce group Yoox, which will create the world's largest luxury e-commerce group. Massenet will not be joining the board of the new company and has not announced her next steps.

ASOS Founder and CEO Nick Robertson Exits
Nick Robertson, the co-founder of Asos, is to step down as chief executive of the company. Robertson, who will remain on the board as a non-executive director, will be succeeded by Nick Beighton, the group's chief operating officer and its former finance director.

LVMH Names Chief Digital Officer
LVMH has appointed Ian Rogers as chief digital officer of LVMH, effective October 2015. The appointment of Rogers, who was formerly senior director of the iTunes team at Apple Inc., is part of the luxury group's strategy to fully embrace digital. Prior to his tenure at Apple, Rogers was chief executive of Beats Music.

Another Man Names Editor-In-Chief
Jefferson Hack, who has been at the helm of Another Man since it launched in 2005, has stepped down as editor-in-chief. Hack will be succeeded by Ben Cobb, who is currently editor of Another Man. In a related move, stylist Ellie Grace Cumming has been promoted to fashion director.

Derek Blasberg Joins Vanity Fair
Fashion writer Derek Blasberg has left his position as editor-at-large of Harper's Bazaar, to join Vanity Fair under the title "Our Man on the Street." In his new role, Blasberg will write features and a recurring "It Girl"/"It Boy" spotlight for the magazine, contribute to VF.com and host his own video series.
