This week, we are pleased to introduce two new partners on BoF Careers.

Grown Brilliance is a luxury jewellery brand founded by Akshie Jhaveri. The brand has a focus on sustainable production, with all jewellery created using 100 percent lab grown diamonds, 98 percent recycled gold and 100 percent recycled packaging. The minority-female-founded company is headquartered in New York and is 75 percent female-led.

Grown Brilliance is currently hiring for an art director in New York.

Naked Wardrobe is a Los Angeles-based premium streetwear and shapewear brand founded in 2012. The brand’s inclusive ethos is a pillar to its celebration of all body types and female self-expression. The brand was founded by three sisters — Shirin, Shida and Shideh Kaviani — and their designs have been worn by the likes of the Kardashian sisters, Sofia Richie Grainge, Jennifer Lopez and Hailey Bieber.

Naked Wardrobe is currently hiring for a senior fashion designer and a freelance tech pack designer in Los Angeles.
