Announcing Sies Marjan, Sophia Webster, Marchon Eyewear and Shrimps

LONDON, United Kingdom — This week, we are pleased to introduce four partners on BoF Careers.

Sies Marjan is a luxury ready-to-wear and accessories label, launched by Dutch creative director Sander Lak — who named the company after his parents — in 2016. With an in-house atelier, the brand is known for creating a unique narrative of colour, proportion and subversive fabrication. Based in New York, Sies Marjan is looking for a director of marketing and communications and logistics coordinator.

Founded in 2012, footwear and accessories label Sophia Webster is known for its ultra-feminine designs. Now stocked in over 200 locations, as well as a flagship store in London, Webster has expanded her range to include childrenswear, bridal and handbags. In London, the company is hiring a shipping coordinator and production administrator.

Marchon Eyewear is one of the worlds largest manufacturers and distributors of fashion and performance eyewear, working with brands such as Calvin KleinSalvatore FerragamoKarl Lagerfeld and Lacoste. Founded in 1983, the company is a division of VSP Global and has offices in 20 countries. Based in the US, Marchon Eyewear is hiring a publication specialist/ copywritersenior communication specialistmerchandising analyst, digital media specialist and a public relations specialist.

Taking inspiration from the "witticisms of modern art," faux-fur fashion label Shrimps has 95 global stockists since launching in 2016. Its founder, Hannah Weiland, has now expanded the playful Shrimps aesthetic into ready-to-wear and accessories. In London, the company is currently hiring an e-commerce assistant and product development assistant.
