LONDON, United Kingdom — Just when you thought London Fashion Week had reached it's apogée, along came another stellar season of shows from London-based designers who are setting the pace for fashion around the world with their vibrant digital prints, cutting-edge development techniques, and kooky concoctions and accessories.
